Community events take place every week, including regular shared lunches and tea and play breaks, and on Tuesdays the Lunch & Learn session takes place every week. For meetings there is the Green Room, which can be booked by the hour. The event spaces are a special part of the house. A loft, an art space and a workspace room suit workshops, meetings, pop-ups, music, photography, crafts and cooking together. At around 130 square metres the loft is the largest of these rooms, the workspace measures about 65 and the art space about 50 square metres. Rates for team offices and event spaces are given by the operator on request; all other plans are listed under the options and are quoted plus VAT. The house is open Monday to Friday, from 9 to 19 hours each day.
