CONTORA Upper West has its postal address at Kurfürstendamm 11 in Charlottenburg, in the part of Berlin known as the City West. The office centre is on the 25th floor. The visitor entrance is at Kantstraße 164, staffed by a concierge around the clock.

The offer follows CONTORA's network range. Private offices start at 15 square metres for a single office and at two workstations for a team office, and executive and corporate offices cover larger groups. They can be rented by the hour, the day, the week or the month, and the operator states that there is no long-term commitment. Executive Coworking gives an individual a workplace inside a furnished office, not in an open hall, from one hour upwards.

The meeting side is the larger one of the two Berlin centres. Rooms here take up to sixteen people, and the video conference rooms carry Full-HD technology; both are bookable from one hour. That is enough for a team workshop, a training session or a client meeting with a long table, and for the evening after a meeting, the Motel One in the same building has a rooftop bar. The centre has a reception and concierge, a lounge and coffee area and printing and presentation technology. Internet comes by Wi-Fi and cable, with a second line as the fallback the operator describes. Several public underground garages are nearby, among them EuropaCenter, Motel One, Parkhaus am Zoo and Kranzler Eck, in addition to the building's own car park. Rooms can be booked for an hour or a full day, and Business Club members receive a ten percent discount on room bookings along with the concierge service.

Anyone driving to the centre can use the building's own underground car park. For those who do not need a room of their own, the Business Club is the lighter route: the membership opens the lounge and coffee zones at every CONTORA location and the concierge, and it gives a ten percent discount on room bookings, so a client meeting high above the Kurfürstendamm is possible without renting an office. Which format fits depends on how much of the building a company needs. A project team that wants a room with its own door is looking at a private office, one person who needs a quiet desk for an afternoon fits Executive Coworking, and a firm that mostly works elsewhere but wants somewhere to receive guests can start with the Business Club and book rooms when they are needed, using the member discount. The operator runs a second Berlin centre at Pariser Platz in Mitte, and the Business Club opens the lounge zones at both.

The operator's own photographs show the building from the inside: a reception with armchairs and a round rug in front of curved floor-to-ceiling windows, a conference room with a long dark table and windows on two sides, a meeting room with leather chairs and a wall screen, and private offices with a desk, visitor chairs and a view across the city from a high floor.

A virtual office is also available, with a business address, a registered office or a law-firm address, plus post and parcels received and forwarded as you wish. It suits small firms, consultancies and foreign companies that want a presence in the west of Berlin without taking premises. CONTORA offers its services to businesses only. Of all the options, just the Business Club has a published rate; offices, hourly workplaces, meeting rooms and the virtual office are quoted on request.
