Ten private offices are split across numbers 1 and 7 on the square, sized from a single person up to 12, with prices starting from 300 EUR a month for the smallest and running to 1,800 EUR for the largest single-office option, Oficina 8 personas. Several similarly sized offices sit across both buildings rather than in just one: there are two different 4-person offices at Letamendi 7 and two more at Letamendi 1, each with its own starting price, so it is worth checking which address and which specific office a given figure actually refers to before assuming they are interchangeable.

The spread of prices across similarly sized rooms is itself informative. The two 4-person offices at Letamendi 7 start from 500 and 550 EUR, while the two 4-person offices at Letamendi 1 start from 600 and 700 EUR, a gap that likely reflects differences in light, layout or floor rather than raw square metres, none of which CREC publishes.
