# Denizen at Artol

Denizen at Artol brings the brand's first location outside Berlin to Düsseldorf's Pempelfort district, right at the junction of Kaiserstraße and Nordstraße. Set inside a converted corner building a few minutes north of the city centre, Artol pairs a relaxed, café-style ground floor with a quieter, glass-partitioned coworking floor above — giving members the choice between a social work-and-event lounge and a focused, dedicated-desk studio.

Downstairs, the lounge does double duty as a workspace and event venue: soft seating by the window, round café tables, and a grab-and-go counter run with Düsseldorf deli Birdie & Co, serving breakfast, lunch and snacks alongside free specialty coffee and tea. Upstairs, 16 dedicated workstations sit behind glass screens with ergonomic chairs, three private phone booths for calls, and a small meeting room with a whiteboard for team sessions — a proper base for people who need the same desk every day rather than a shared table.

Every membership includes fast WiFi, natural daylight, postal and parcel handling, and an on-site concierge; Dedicated Desk members add 24/7 digital access, meeting room credits and private lockers on top. Pricing flexes from a single Lounge Day Pass to Loyal and Classic monthly memberships for the lounge, up to fully dedicated desks for teams that want a permanent address in Düsseldorf without a long office lease.

Artol sits in one of Düsseldorf's most walkable neighbourhoods: independent boutiques, bakeries and the green stretch of the Nordpark are all close by, and the building itself is only a short ride from the Altstadt and the main train station. Opening hours run Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00 and Saturday to Sunday 08:00–12:00, giving weekend founders a rare window to get things done.

Getting there is easy: Nordstraße U-Bahn station (U78, U79) is a five-minute walk, and the Sternstraße tram stop (lines 701, 705, 706) is even closer, connecting Artol to the Hauptbahnhof and the rest of Düsseldorf in minutes.
