# Denizen Sketch

Denizen Sketch brings the brand's hospitality-driven coworking concept into a converted courtyard building on Grünberger Straße, right in the middle of Friedrichshain's Boxhagener Kiez. The space occupies part of a boutique hotel building — a design choice that shows in the details, from the warm lighting to the mix of individual desks and shared communal tables arranged around large windows.

Sketch is the more intimate, neighbourhood-scale sibling of Denizen's larger locations: a compact coworking floor built for solo founders, students, remote employees and small project teams who want a change of scenery without the overhead of a full office. Members get secured digital access to come and go on their own schedule, private lockers to leave a laptop overnight, and an easygoing café counter pouring unlimited coffee and tea throughout the day.
