The operator also names a Kitchen & Café on weekdays serving breakfast, lunch and coffee, and secure bicycle parking.

For larger gatherings the ground floor holds event areas. The Event Space measures 100 m² and takes up to 100 people with a choice of seating layouts, and the Workshop Space of 120 m² takes up to 30. A lounge in the basement is open to the whole community, and the operator runs curated community events at no extra charge for members. It describes the community as a mix of Mittelstand companies, startups and investors, and says more than 80 family-owned companies belong to its ecosystem.
