The coworking space has three areas on two levels. According to the operator they hold twelve, eight and twelve places, 32 in all. The operator does not publish a separate rate per room; the scale applies to all four alike.

The hotel supplies what a plain office room does not have. Members can add the canteen, the fitness room of the house, a space in the hotel's own car park and hotel rooms; parking is charged. Staff are on site on weekdays from nine to five, and the operator mentions regular events, workshops and networking evenings.
