When a trade fair is in town, the street outside Messecarree fills with people from half of Europe, and a private office opposite the exhibition grounds is the best seat in the house. Regus Messecarree stands at Ausstellungsstraße 50 in Leopoldstadt, Vienna's second district, directly across from Messe Wien, and it is a place to network rather than a place to hide. The surroundings explain the address. Messe Wien, the Vienna trade fair, and the new campus of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) lie on the other side of the street, so the district fills with students by day and with exhibitors during events. Getting here is easy without a car. Tram and bus lines serve the area, and for drivers the building has parking, with access from the Handelskai and the A23.
