The building once housed a children's department store that generations of local residents remember, and today, developed together with Sparda-Bank Berlin, it combines Sankt Oberholz's coworking concept with a working bank branch — reportedly the first coworking space in Germany to include one, and the first coworking location of its kind in Frankfurt (Oder) itself.
