# Signature Corso Italia 3

Corso Italia leaves the south-eastern corner of the historic centre, where Piazza Missori, the Torre Velasca and the Largo Richini meet. Number 3 is known as The Angle, a striking historic building that the operator places only five hundred metres in a straight line from Piazza Duomo. The location is both central and calm: close to everything, but not on the tourist trail.

Visitors enter through a marble reception, and the operator highlights the second-floor terrace, where one can take lunch with views of the Torre Velasca and the Duomo. As a Signature centre it belongs to the group's premium tier, with a lounge area, bookable meeting rooms and CCTV. Parking is not listed; the building is inside the congestion-charge zone, so a taxi or the metro is the practical way in.

Missori on the yellow M3 line is the nearest metro stop, Duomo (M1 and M3) lies within walking distance, and Crocetta (M3) is the stop on the other side. Tram and bus routes cross the area, and the M4 at San Babila and Sforza-Policlinico is within reach for Linate. The Torre Velasca, a 1950s landmark by the BBPR studio, stands next door and houses a second Signature centre of the group. The Torre Velasca, rising some hundred metres above the old centre, is an easy landmark to give to a courier or a visiting client.

The operator recommends two nearby green breaks: the parks around the basilicas and the Guastalla gardens, a walled garden dating from the sixteenth century. Highly rated restaurants fill the neighbourhood, from the trattorias along the streets towards Porta Romana to the modern kitchens around the Duomo.

The address suits legal and advisory firms, private banks, publishers, architects and foreign companies whose clients are used to the historic centre but want a quieter setting. It is also a natural step up for a company that has outgrown a standard Regus floor and wants a more discreet, finished environment.

Firms that must have a cathedral-square address could compare Via San Raffaele 1, and those who want an open community floor can look at Spaces Corso Europa 15.

Facilities, briefly. The centre advertises CCTV, a lounge area and bookable meeting rooms. On top come the standard services of the group: a front desk, Wi-Fi, printing, a kitchenette, supplies, lockers for laptops and coats, and ergonomic chairs. Signature is the group's premium tier, with a more residential, hospitality-led finish than the standard Regus centres. Expect more attentive service in reception and common areas, reflected in the price band, in exchange for a more discreet and polished setting. Staff at the front desk handle visitors, post and parcels during opening hours. A serviced office removes the quiet costs of a first Italian base: no furniture to buy, no utilities to open and no cleaning contract to negotiate. Most tenants are up and running within days of signing, which a conventional Italian lease rarely allows.

Prices for a private office here move with the size of the room and the length of the contract, so use the request form to ask for today's options rather than assuming a figure. CoworkingView cannot promise availability; a short visit will tell you more than the brochure about how the floor feels. Keep a note of the questions you ask on each visit so the centres can be compared like for like. A second address from our Milan list makes a useful benchmark when the quote arrives. A short call with the operator before the visit usually clarifies which floors and room sizes are actually open.
