# Spaces Tower One

Ten years ago, this stretch of Brüsseler Straße was Frankfurt goods-yard sidings; today it's the spine of the Europaviertel, the high-rise quarter built from scratch on the old freight-rail land west of the centre, and Spaces Tower One sits right in the middle of it. Step outside and the neighbourhood explains itself immediately: Skyline Plaza's glass roof runs along Europa-Allee a few hundred metres away, ranks of new residential and office towers rise on every side, and the whole district still has the slightly unfinished energy of somewhere being built rather than merely inhabited — which, in the Gallus, it still is.

Gallus itself was a working-class, industrial district for most of the twentieth century, built around the old Frankfurt goods station and the tracks that fed it. The Europaviertel is what's replaced those sidings over the last two decades: a planned neighbourhood of apartment blocks, offices, a school and the Skyline Plaza mall, all a short walk from Messe Frankfurt's exhibition halls and the Festhalle. It's a genuinely mixed-use address — bankers and Messe exhibitors during the day, residents and shoppers evenings and weekends — and it's cheaper per square metre than the Bankenviertel towers a few hundred metres east, which is exactly why growing companies are choosing it.

Spaces Tower One puts a private terrace on level 15, looking out over the new towers and back towards the Messeturm and the Bankenviertel skyline beyond. The building itself is well connected: the Festhalle/Messe U-Bahn station is a short walk away, tram lines serve Europa-Allee directly outside, and Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof — the main station — is close enough that clients arriving by ICE can walk rather than take a taxi. After work, Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage park is a few minutes on foot for a break from the desk, and Skyline Plaza covers everything from lunch to an evening coffee.

Inside, Spaces brings its usual design-led approach: bright, plant-filled lounges built for informal meetings and impromptu work, meeting rooms sized for everything from a two-person call to a small pitch, and a community that leans towards agencies, scale-ups and consultancies who want to be near the Messe and the centre without paying Bankenviertel rents. Wheelchair access and parking are on site, and the building's floor-to-ceiling glazing keeps every desk daylit.

Membership terms here flex with the Europaviertel's own growth curve: a five-person team can start on a short rolling agreement while gauging how fast the neighbourhood fills in, then take a full floor as headcount grows without leaving the address their Messe-week clients already know. Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour for a pitch or for a full day when a delegation visiting the Messe needs a base for the week.

Membership includes ergonomic desks and chairs throughout the floor, printers and office supplies on tap, a stocked kitchenette with purified water and snacks, and air conditioning tuned for the glass tower's summer heat load. Spaces' community team also runs regular networking events in the building's dedicated event space — useful in a neighbourhood where half the surrounding offices only opened in the last five years and everyone is still building a local network from scratch.

For a growing team that wants a Gallus/Europaviertel address with real transport links to both the Messe and the Hauptbahnhof — plus a rooftop terrace and a neighbourhood that's still visibly on the way up — Tower One is a straightforward pick. Private offices start from €689 a month, with membership in one of Frankfurt's fastest-changing districts included.
