# The Delta Campus Berlin

The Delta Campus fills 12,000 square metres at Donaustraße 44 in Berlin-Neukölln, and it is built around one idea: founders move faster when the people they need work under the same roof. At its centre is The Delta's own venture studio, which co-founds companies with entrepreneurs and stays on as an operational partner, and around it has grown a community of more than 1,200 members across the ecosystem. More than 800 founders have worked here and over 20 ventures have been launched from the studio. For anyone looking for a desk or an office among people who are building companies rather than simply renting space, that concentration of founders, operators and investors is the reason to choose this address.

Donaustraße runs through the north of Neukölln, a block from Karl-Marx-Straße, the district's long high street, and a short walk from the town hall. The U7 stations Karl-Marx-Straße and Rathaus Neukölln are each about five minutes on foot, buses stop at Erkstraße within three, and the operator puts Kreuzberg around ten minutes away and Mitte around fifteen. Neukölln has become one of Berlin's most international districts, and the streets around the campus are dense with places to eat and meet: by our own count there are more than fifty cafés and eighty restaurants within 800 metres, which makes lunch, a coffee with a candidate or a dinner after an investor meeting easy to arrange without leaving the neighbourhood.

Inside, the campus is equipped for long days and deep work. Every membership comes with access around the clock, high-speed wifi, bookable meeting rooms and phone booths for investor calls, lounges, hot desks and collaboration zones, premium coffee and refreshments, and a shared kitchen with break areas. Printing, scanning, mail handling, bike storage and cleaning are included, and The Delta describes the model as all amenities included, with no hidden fees and no add-ons. What sets the building apart from a typical coworking floor is everything beyond the desk: an on-campus gym with showers, balconies and roof terraces, and a rooftop pool that opens in summer, so a workout before the first call or a sundowner after the last one happens on site.

The ways in are clearly tiered. Delta Student is a limited offer for university students who are ready to build. Delta Pro is full-time coworking for freelancers, professionals and solo founders who want flexibility, and Delta Desk adds your own dedicated desk. Memberships run month to month with no minimum term, and they include guest access for meetings and short sessions. For teams, private offices come in steps that follow a startup's growth: an Early Stage office for two to four desks, a Growing Venture office for five to eight, an Established Venture office for nine to twelve, and custom setups that combine several offices into a self-contained area for twelve people or more. Offices are move-in ready, and a team can add coworking memberships on top when headcount outpaces the room.

The Delta Campus is also one of Neukölln's larger event venues. Its two main spaces, the Atrium and the Assembly, host gatherings from twenty to three hundred guests, and the operator offers event rental together with production support, so a product launch, a demo day or a hiring evening can run in the same building where the team works. Members get the community programme on top: curated events and workshops, and access to the mentor, founder, investor and talent networks that grow up around a venture studio.

The campus suits early-stage founders who want to be surrounded by other founders, funded startups that need an office which can grow from four desks to a whole area without a move, students and solo builders looking for serious infrastructure on a flexible monthly plan, and companies that want to host events in a building with a rooftop. It is a particularly strong fit for teams working in AI and software, where the community is most active.

The starting prices for the coworking memberships are listed on this page; private offices, custom team areas and event hire are quoted on request by the operator and depend on size and term. Tell us how many people you need to seat and when you would like to start, and we forward your enquiry to the team at The Delta Campus and help you arrange a viewing. Our service is free for you, with no commission.
