# THE GATE Tor 201

Torstraße 201 is the headquarters of THE GATE and the building with the most varied range of units. There is a 110 square metre office with three office rooms, a meeting room and a kitchen, and two smaller studios: Studio 2 of about 20 square metres for up to two people and Studio 4 of about 24 square metres for up to four. Both studios have their own bathroom. Add a conference room and a hall that is let for events, and the address covers a freelancer's desk-sized needs, a small company's first office and an evening for over a hundred guests.

The studios are the smallest self-contained offices in the group. Studio 2 is for up to two seats and Studio 4 for up to four, and each comes with eight hours of meeting-room rental, which is a practical detail for a team that meets clients only now and then. The 110 square metre unit has three office rooms, its own meeting room and a kitchen, and suits a team of up to sixteen desks that wants to run a whole floor of its own. The fit-out published for the offices includes height-adjustable custom-made desks, ergonomic chairs, high-speed internet and air conditioning.

As the operator's headquarters, the house also holds its reception. The office team's hours are given as Monday to Friday from 9 to 17 for the Torstraße 201 office; they are the team's hours, not building hours. Tenants have access around the clock, a reception and mailbox service is part of the offer, and the notice period is three months. The kitchen equipment includes an automatic coffee machine, chilled and carbonated water, dishes and cutlery, and tenants can use the community rooftop terrace at Torstraße 177.

Two rooms in the building are open to outside bookings by the hour. Madmen is a conference room of 35 square metres for up to ten people, with a beamer or screen, a whiteboard and flip charts, and water and coffee included. The Canteen is an event hall of 100 square metres that holds up to 40 people seated or up to 120 standing, the kind of space used for a launch, a company party or a larger workshop. Both are shown with their hourly rates below.

The three units differ in scale rather than in standard. Studio 2 and Studio 4 are for founders or very small teams who want a closed door and a bathroom of their own, and the eight hours of meeting-room use that come with each studio cover occasional client talks. The 110 square metre unit takes the next step: three office rooms, a meeting room and a kitchen let a team of up to sixteen arrange a whole floor. Because Madmen and the Canteen belong to the same house, a company that outgrows the meeting room on its floor can book a larger room for the day, and the reception hours of the office team, Monday to Friday from 9 to 17, give visitors a point of contact.

For the three office units the operator publishes a monthly range in its own documents, and the starting point of each is shown with its option. Building opening hours are not published beyond the round-the-clock access for tenants. The studios and the unit are let as separate offices; the hourly rates of Madmen and the Canteen come without a statement on VAT.
