# WeWork Glòries

WeWork Glòries is at Carrer de Tànger 86, at the corner with Badajoz, in Poblenou, in the district of Sant Martí. The operator describes nine floors of an all-glass building, about 6,835 square metres, and names a LEED Gold certification for the base build. It is a managed, staffed workplace of shared desks, meeting rooms and private offices on one of Barcelona’s main technology corridors. Glòries metro, line 1, and the 6 and 7 bus lines are the commute the page names. It also names El Quinto and Catacroquet for a meal and Razzmatazz after work, and puts Bogatell beach about ten minutes by car. The roof terrace is described with a full turn of the skyline, including the Sagrada Família and the Agbar tower.

The products follow the same shape across the three Barcelona buildings WeWork lists as open, which makes them easy to compare. A Day Pass covers one day in the shared workspace without a membership. The All Access Plus membership includes one coworking booking per day and three credits a month for meeting rooms and private offices. Meeting rooms are booked by the hour. Private offices run as a monthly or annual membership for teams from one person to more than a hundred, and a company of fifty or more can ask for a full floor. Where a dedicated desk is offered, it is a single desk on flexible terms. Starting rates exclude applicable taxes, and office rates also exclude fees; several offices are quoted individually.

Parking, bicycle storage, showers, an event space, a dog-friendly policy and outdoor space are on this building’s own list. A dedicated desk is offered on flexible terms, with the rate on request. The published private-office starting rate is for a two-person office. Wi-Fi, phone booths, printers, a stocked kitchen and the events programme are standard. A parent’s room, a wellness room and a barista are not included. Mail handling comes with the private office and the dedicated desk. The roof is the part of the day the other two Barcelona houses do not claim in the same words.

The gallery shows a double-height lounge with mustard chairs and a timber floor, a colour mural beside a hanging egg chair, and a long banquette under a planted trough. A meeting room has a whiteboard and lime-green stools. The terrace has string lights, a red chair and the towers beyond the glass. The exterior is the glass lobby at street level. The listing uses those frames, the lounge first and the street last.

A team is on site Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 and looks after members and visitors during those hours. Day passes and meeting rooms are pay as you go. Private offices run monthly or annually, and where a starting office rate is published it rests on a twelve-month term and can include a promotional offer. WeWork lists extended hours for the building without publishing the clock times, so anyone who plans to work early or late agrees the detail for their product when they book. The three addresses listed as open in Barcelona are Pallars, Passeig de Gràcia and Glòries.

It suits a product team that wants the 22@ side of the city, a pair taking the two-person office, and anyone who will use the roof between calls. Passeig de Gràcia is the Eixample house, eight floors on the avenue. Pallars is the larger Poblenou building, ten floors, with its own second-floor terrace and a lower day pass. The three Barcelona buildings share the same membership shape, so a morning in Glòries and an afternoon meeting on Passeig de Gràcia can stay with one provider.
