It suits a larger team that wants ten floors in Poblenou rather than a single avenue building, a company asking for a full floor, and a day-pass visitor who wants the beach neighbourhood and the terrace. Glòries, a few streets north at Tànger, is the nine-floor glass house with the roof and a published two-person office. Passeig de Gràcia is the Eixample address for a client meeting. The three share the membership, so Pallars can be the everyday building and the avenue the place you take someone.
