# X BASE Coworking Adlershof

The X BASE coworking centre is at Rudower Chaussee 34B in Adlershof, in the south-east of Berlin within the district of Treptow-Köpenick. The 288 m² are laid out as a maisonette across two floors: 125 m² on the ground floor and 163 m² on the upper floor. The technical side is clearly described. The fibre connection delivers one gigabit per second in both directions, over Wi-Fi and by cable, and every office gets its own network segment. Entry is by digital lock and open to tenants around the clock, while reception is staffed on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. Printing is secure, with release at the machine, mail is accepted as part of the base price, and the kitchen and shared areas are available to everyone. A coffee flat can be added as an option.

The conference room measures 45 m² and holds up to 20 people. It can be booked by the hour, half day or full day and works for workshops, client meetings and team days. Anyone who wants to rent a meeting room in Berlin and has no need for a location in Mitte will find an address in the south-east of the city on Rudower Chaussee. The address can also be booked as a business address, with mail reception and, in the higher tiers, forwarding of post.

On transport, the operator names the Adlershof S-Bahn station nearby and a tram stop outside the house. After the initial term the agreement renews for twelve months with three months' notice, or one month to the end of the month for terms of up to three months. A security deposit of two monthly fees applies, and longer initial terms earn a discount when paid in advance. A viewing can be arranged.
